  • How are the Picnic Items sanitized?
    All picnic items are cleaned and sanitized with antibacterial spray that kills 99.9% of bacteria. Blankets, pillow covers, napkins and any machine washable items are laundered after every picnic. Storage area and transportation containers are sanitized before use.
  • What if there is inclement weather expected during my picnic?
    We consistently monitor the forecast using several different radars. In the days leading up to your picnic we will communicate with you and make the decision together with you about whether to cancel/reschedule your picnic. To cancel due to weather you can email or text at 919-749-0337. Please have an alternate date and time prepared at the time of cancellation so we can re-book your picnic. Safety for our guests and our team is our top priority. If there are any storm warnings issued we will be unable to move forward with an outdoor picnic. If a storm warning is issued we will contact you to see if you have an indoor space available that we can set your picnic up in, or we will arrange to deliver your picnic meal to you (if applicable) and reschedule your picnic. We do not issue refunds, but we will work with you to get your meal delivered to you and reschedule your picnic. We will always do our best to ensure you get a safe and fabulous picnic experience.
  • What if I need to cancel?
    We do not offer any refunds, however we can change your reservation date and time if notified 72 hours in advance.
  • Can I leave the picnic whenever I want to?
    In the unfortunate situation that you find you must leave your picnic early, please provide us a 30 min notice via phone call or text if you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time. You are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and pack up.
  • Will "LoveStruck Luxury Picnics" meet me at my picnic location?
    You have the option to meet your Picnic Designer at your picnic or select a contactless experience. Maps are provided the day before your picnic. If you have any issues finding your picnic or have any questions when you arrive you can message us and we will promptly respond to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
  • Can I request to have my picnic at a specific location?
    Main bookings are located at one of the many beautiful public parks in the area. Your Picnic Designer can help you select a location depending on the experience you are looking for. Some locations may require a permit or additional fee. If you have another location in mind or would like us to host at your private residence, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • I added a Professional Photographer how does that work?
    Your photographer will meet you at your picnic for your 30 minute session. Approximately 2-3 weeks after your picnic you will be provided a downloadable link to view and download your photo gallery. Special events, birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and family photos are best captured by our photographers so you can just enjoy your picnic.
  • I added an Acoustic Guitarist, how does that work?
    Your musician will meet you at your picnic for your 30 minute session. He will sit a respectable distance away to afford you some privacy, while still maintaining a suitable distance for your listening pleasure. Music will be low-key and will elegantly set the mood for your special occasion. Special events, birthdays, anniversaries, and engagements are perfect times for this extra service.
  • What if I have my own theme idea or private event?
    Please contact us to discuss your idea or event. If we can accommodate, we will make it happen!
  • What about the Heat?!?!
    The summer months in North Carolina can get brutally hot and humid. In order to beat the heat we will place the location in an area that will have shade produced by natural trees during your entire picnic.
  • Can I keep items from the picnic?
    All of the perishable items are yours to keep. This includes food, water, and fresh flowers. If you are interested in any of the non-perishable items such as the blankets, pillows or décor please contact us at We will be happy to provide you the vendor information or, if available, offer the item for purchase.
  • What does a picnic include?
    Each picnic includes picnic baskets, a blanket, pillows, plates, champagne flutes, glasses, cutlery, seasonal décor, bottles of sparkling mineral water, a small charcuterie box for 2, a carafe of cold spring water with seasonal fruit as well as an assortment of other beverages, multiple silk floral arrangements and a basket of games.
  • Do picnics include food?
    Yes! Our traditional picnic does include a small charcuterie box which makes a perfect snack for two! In addition, you are able to purchase an array of food items as additional add-ons. Please see our add-on page for a full list of food options. We are happy to offer a variety of food options that can be modified for dietary restrictions as well as for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free diets.
  • Do picnics include alcohol?
    We do not provide alcohol for any picnic experiences. We are happy to provide a wide assortment of sparkling waters, farm to table sodas and other naturally flavored beverages. We also provide champagne flutes, a champagne bucket, and additional glasses to accommodate any additional beverages you’d like to bring yourself. Please be aware that some public parks do have alcohol restrictions.
  • Where do you service?
    We currently service the Raleigh, Garner and Southern Wake County area. If you have a location outside of Raleigh in mind, please contact us and we will try to accommodate if possible.
